Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders and tag replacements are fulfilled and shipped out 3-5 days via USPS and therefore should arrive to you within 7 to 10 days.

What if I do not receive my tag(s) in the mail?

If you have not received your tags within 10 days from your order request, please email us at support@pinpaws.com and our team will confirm that your order has been fulfilled or assist you with getting new tags if needed.

Pin Paws and Pin Paws Plus Membership Cancellation

Pin Paws and Pin Paws Plus Memberships can be cancelled at any time by phone or email.  Your monthly membership will automatically expire the next day.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, You may return this Policy to Us within 30 days from the Policy Effective Date and this Policy will be void from the beginning. If You have not submitted any claims prior to the date You return the Policy, We will refund the premium You paid.

This Policy is valid for the Policy Period, beginning on the Effective Date, after which it will automatically be renewed for another year, unless We have provided notice to You that We are not renewing this Policy as explained below or the Policy has been canceled by You or by Us.

You may cancel this Policy at any time.  To cancel the Policy, You must notify Us in Writing that You wish to cancel the Policy, in which case the Policy will end at the last day of the month We receive Your notice or the date requested in Your notice if later.

If We choose to cancel or not renew Your Policy, We will notify You in Writing at least 30 days prior to the date the Policy will end.  After this Policy is in effect for more than 60 days, or if this is a renewal of a Prior Policy, We may only cancel for one or more of the following reasons:

  1. You fail to pay Your premium by the due date;
  2. The Policy was obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or concealment in Your application;
  3. We have agreed to issue a new Policy with the same or an affiliated company; or
  4. You fail to comply with the Policy terms and conditions in a manner that prejudices or negatively affects Our ability to properly assess or evaluate the claim or other material rights We have under the Policy.

Any cancellation will be effective for all coverage for all persons and all Pets. If this Policy is canceled, coverage will no longer be provided as of the effective date of the cancellation shown on the notice of cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received from us, just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will give you instructions on how to return the pet tags.  Pet tags must be in re-sellable condition.  We do not accept returns on used pet tags. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund. We only ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.  If you cancel any of our membership plans, your pet’s profile and tag will become inactive.
