Our Guarantee

We guarantee that the QR code on your pet’s tag or collar will never become unusable. If normal wear & tear causes the code to become unreadable, we’ll replace it once for free.

Shipping & Returns

We ship all tags via USPS First Class Mail or UPS.

U.S. Shipping Rates

We have a flat $5.00 shipping fee.

Order Processing

Tags are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Our policy is to make sure you’re satisfied.  If you are not satisfied with the tag you received from us, just contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will give you instructions on how to return the tag to us. We will then either replace the product at no charge, or refund the cost of the product to you. We only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.  After 30 days, we will happily exchange any defective product for a product (or products) of equal value.  Only the original price you paid for for the product that you return to us is refundable — shipping & handling are non-refundable.

Canceling your membership: If you are not satisfied with our Pin Paws service, you may cancel it at any time.  Just call us at 844-746-7297 and we will deactivate your account and pet profile(s) associated with the tag(s).
